Policies & Important Information


Payment
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars ~ to work out the cost in your currency, please check today's exchange rate at any online currency converter, such as this one: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
  • Payment is by Paypal please, this is a safe online way to pay and you do not need a Paypal account to use this.
  • Australian buyers may also choose to pay by direct bank desposit, Postal Money Order or if located in Melbourne you may pick-up your item and pay by cash at pick-up. Please contact me for further info if you would be paying by a method other than Paypal.
  • International buyers ~ sorry, I don't accept other forms of payment, it is Paypal only please.
  • I would appreciate payment to reach me within 7 days please.
  • Sorry I do not offer a Lay-by/lay-away service

Postage
  • I pack items securely using whatever packaging is appropriate for the item.
  • As it takes time to process your order, your item/s will be shipped within 5 days of receiving your payment.
  • For postage within Australia, regular postage is included free with all orders.  If you would like your parcel registered, you will need to add it to your cart, and it is an additional $3.20, which includes insurance for up to AU$100 value, available here.
  • For international postage, I use Australia Post and the price quoted is for Airmail. Registered (signature on delivery without tracking) postage is available and is an extra $6, available here
  • Responsibility for lost items will not be taken unless registered post has been purchased.
  • I'd appreciate if you would let me know by a quick (or long!) email that your parcel has arrived safely.
Returns
  • Every item is quality checked and carefully packed for sending.  Should something arrive in less than satisfactory condition, a replacement item will only be sent if the original was sent via REGISTERED post, which is purchased by the customer as an extra/option.
  • Please make contact to claim a refund or replacement within 3 days of receiving items that were sent registered.  Beyond this date, no refund or replacement will be accepted.  Date received is the date signed for and will be able to be verified by Australia Post.
  • No returns/exchange for change of mind
  • No returns/replacements for items sent regular post/regular airmail
Custom Orders
  • For any custom orders – if the value is AU$200 or below, payment in full up front is required prior to commencement of the order.
  • If the value is above AU$200, then a 50% deposit up front is required prior to commencement of order. Once the order is placed, I work on it and communicate as to its progress with the client.
  • Turnaround time depends on several variables, such as current workload, time of year, and what the actual order is. An approximate time example is 4-6 weeks for a painting, but often it is less than that. Sometimes, depending on workload, it is longer.  This is all discussed with the client at the time of order placement.

  • My work is protected by Copyright, and I retain this Copyright after sale. My work may not be reproduced without permission.  This includes my images, with or without watermarks.
