Payment
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars ~ to work out the cost in your currency, please check today's exchange rate at any online currency converter, such as this one: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
  • Payment is by Paypal please, this is a safe online way to pay and you do not need a Paypal account to use this.
  • Australian buyers may also choose to pay by direct bank desposit, Postal Money Order or if located in Melbourne you may pick-up your item and pay by cash at pick-up. Please contact me for further info if you would be paying by a method other than Paypal.
  • International buyers ~ sorry, I don't accept other forms of payment, it is Paypal only please.
  • I would appreciate payment to reach me within 7 days please.
  • Sorry I do not offer a Lay-by/lay-away service
Postage
  • I pack items securely using whatever packaging is appropriate for the item.
  • As it takes time to process your order, your item/s will be shipped within 5 days of receiving your payment.
  • For postage within Australia I will use regular post unless it is stated in the postage amount that it is Registered post. If you want your regular parcel registered please let me know, it will be an additional $2.70, which includes insurance for up to AU$100 value. Further insurance over and above $100 is an additional cost, depending on the amount insured.
  • For international postage, I use Australia Post and the price quoted is for Airmail. Registered or express shipping is available and is usually an extra $5. If you require insurance please contact me and I will advise you of the insurance cost and if your location allows for insurance (for example, Australia Post will not insure parcels to Canada ~ don't know why but they will not).
  • I'd appreciate if you would let me know by a quick (or long!) email that your parcel has arrived safely.

Custom Orders

  • For any custom orders – if the value is AU$200 or below, payment in full up front is required prior to commencement of the order.
  • If the value is above AU$200, then a 50% deposit up front is required prior to commencement of order. Once the order is placed, I work on it and communicate as to its progress with the client.
  • Turnaround time depends on several variables, such as current workload, time of year, and what the actual order is. An approximate time example is 4-6 weeks for a painting, but often it is less than that. Sometimes, depending on workload, it is longer.  This is all discussed with the client at the time of order placement.
